Shipping

• We ship via tracked courier across New Zealand and to Australia.
• Complimentary shipping on all orders — each piece is carefully packaged and gift-ready.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Processing & timing

• In-stock pieces (such as the Bridal Emergency Box) are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
• Made-to-order veils are handcrafted especially for you — please allow approximately 2–3 weeks before dispatch.
• Have a wedding date in mind? Let us know and we will do everything we can to have your piece ready in good time.

Returns

Because each of our pieces is bespoke and made especially for you — crafted with the details you've chosen — we're unable to accept returns. As every veil and keepsake is made just for you, unfortunately we cannot receive returns.
